The first issue of Notebook Series, published
by the Mediterranean Laboratory Foundation on the occasion of the
“World Water Day 1995, deals with a subject related to one
of the essential elements of life: water. It is indispensable, both
today and in the near future, to safeguard the value and vital dimension
of water: to protect and develop its natural qualities is not an
easy task, considering the pollutions and mortal injuries produced
by a degrading, confused and disordered development. The notebook
includes, among others, speeches by Michele Capasso, President of
the Mediterranean Laboratory Foundation, Giuseppe Luongo (IDNDR),
Italo Sabelli (Académie Médicale d’Acupuncture
de Paris), Giovan Battista de’ Medici (University of Naples
“Federico II”- Faculty of Engineering).
