The fourth Euro-Mediterranean Conference of Foreign Ministers, held in Marseille five years after the inaugural meeting of Barcelona, showed the will of the partners to give new impulsion to Euro-Mediterranean Partnership.
The Ministers committed themselves to make all their efforts so that the orientations defined in Marseille could allow the full implementation of the Partnership and the achievement of the strategic objectives fixed in Barcelona in 1995.
