UN MARE DI LIBRI A NAPOLI PER LA FESTA DEL MEDITERRANEO (ANSAMED)
- NAPOLI, 16 FEB - Scrittrici e poeti arabi dall'Algeria al Libano;
editori, giornalisti e inviati dei paesi della riva sud; esperti in
nuove tecnologie e narratori del blog; mostre sulle donne del
mediterraneo; discussioni e degustazioni di gastronomia etnica;
concerti e film ispirati alla letteratura e alle contaminazioni di
generi. E' tutta dedicata al Mediterraneo e alle sue culture la
sedicesima edizione di 'Galassia Gutenberg', la fiera del libro e
della lettura, che si terrà dal 25 al 28 febbraio alla Mostra
d'Oltremare di Napoli. Una vera e propria Festa del Mediterraneo che
nei quattro giorni della manifestazione metterà a confronto autori
e culture di paesi diversi per discutere sui grandi temi della
letteratura e della contemporaneità. Il programma di Galassia 2005
è realizzato in partnership con la Fondazione Laboratorio
Mediterraneo e la Maison de la Mediteranee, in collaborazione con
l'agenzia Ansamed e l'Università degli studi di Napoli L'Orientale.
Alla conferenza stampa di presentazione del programma e delle
iniziative collegate che si terrà venerdì 18 alle 12,30 a bordo
della nave Trinacria-TTLines al porto di Napoli, dopo il saluto
dell'armatore Alexandros Tomasos, interverranno tra gli altri Teresa
Armato, Assessore alla Cultura e al Turismo della Regione Campania,
Riccardo Di Palma, Presidente della Provincia di Napoli, Pasquale
Ciriello, Rettore dell'Università degli studi di Napoli 'L'Orientalé,
Carlo Gambalonga, Vicedirettore dell'Ansa, Michele Capasso,
Presidente della Fondazione Laboratorio del Mediterraneo e Franco
Liguori, Presidente Associazione Galassia Gutenberg. (ANSAMED).

A SEA OF BOOKS IN NAPLES FOR MEDITERRANEAN FESTIVAL
(ANSAMED) - NAPLES, FEBRUARY 16 - Writers and Arab poets from
Algeria to Lebanon; publishers, journalists and correspondents from
countries on the southern shores; experts in new technologies and
blog writers; shows on Mediterranean women; round tables and
tastings of ethnic cuisine; concerts and films inspired to
literature and the mix of genres. The 16th edition of the ´Galassia
Gutenberg´ , the book and literature fair to be held on February
25-28 at the Overseas Show in Naples, will be entirely dedicated to
the Mediterranean and its culture. The event will be a four-day-long
festival where authors from different cultures will discuss about
great themes of contemporary literature and society. The ´Galassia
Gutenberg´ 2005 programme is organized with the Mediterranean
Laboratory Foundation and the Maison de la Mediteranee, in
cooperation with the Ansamed news agency and the ´Orientale´
University Institute of Naples. At the press conference to present
the programme of events to be held on Friday 18, at 12.30 p.m. on
the ship Trinacria-TTLines in the port of Naples, after a welcome
from ship owner Alexandros Tomasos, the other speakers will be
Teresa Armato, the Culture and Tourism Councillor of the Campania
region, Riccardo Di Palma, President of the Province of Naples,
Pasquale Ciriello, Dean of the ´Orientale´ University Instute in
Naples, Carlo Gambalonga, Deputy Editor in Chief of Ansa, Michele
Capasso, President of the Mediterranean Laboratory Foundation and
