The initiative falls within the Project “La città
nella città“, carried out by the Franciscan Centre
of Culture “Oltre il Chiostro”. The volume, also
realized thanks to the Mediterranean Laboratory Foundation’s
contribution, shows the Mediterranean Sea and its inhabitants
through the impressive images by Francesco Rastrelli. The
wealth and variety of the Mediterranean habitat induce to
think over the degradation caused to our sea by man.
