Education and Youth Unit of the Anna Lindh Foundation organized, in collaboration with the Council of Europe and the Youth European Centre of Budapest, the stage “Conflict Resolution and Human Rights Education”, that will take place in Budapest from the 19th to the 26th of October 2008.
The project follow the wake of the past meetings organized by the Fondazione Mediterraneo in Naples in 2005 and in 2006 (Euromed Youth Workshop) and in Berlin in 2007 (Euro-Mediterranean Youth Parliament).
The participation is opened to young people aged of 18-30 years responding to the requirments of the announcement for admission.

Promoted by the Associazione Italiana di Psicologia Sociale (AIP) and by the University “La Sapienza” of Rome, and organized by the Prof. Bruno Mazzarra, the seminary dealt with theme of relationships with other in the intercultural dimension.
The Prof. Caterina Arcidiacono and the Dr. Fortuna Procentese presented some information about a developed research, by the University Federico II of Naples with the Fondazione Mediterraneo.

Luc Van Den Brande, President of the Committee of Regions of the European Union, – together with Claudio Azzolini – visited the Fondazione Mediterraneo praising appreciation for the activities of the Fondazione, especially for those in cooperation with the main Euromediterranean Regions.
The President Van Den Brande dedicated a comment on the Visitors’ Book of the Fondazione where we can read:
