SARAJEVO
Testo di Predrag Matvejevic – Fotografie di Tom Stoddart, Federico Motta Editore Milano 1995 (it.), f.to 22x22 – tav. in b/n
ISBN 88-7179-056-1

Sarajevo has beaten the sad record of Leningrad, which underwent with 900 tragic and glorious days, the longest siege of 2nd WW. This publication links the text by Predrag Matvejevic – Guerra e memoria – to the courageous photographers who went to Bosnia and Sarajevo to photograph the actual life during wartime.

This is the case of Tom Soddart. Life will overcome war, this is the only sense and hope which animate the pages of this essay by one of the most famous contemporary writers, Predrag Matvejevic.
