The eleventh session of the II Forum Civile Euromed, within the thematic area Economic and Social Relationships, established that, to achieve the aim of decentralized cooperation, employers and employees’ professional organizations can play a key role. The full recognition of social partners as protagonists is an integral part of the formulation and carrying out of cooperation programmes and social welfare measures. Among the proposed projects it is worth mentioning : the Experimental programme of land development agencies and the Establishment of specific visas in favour of economic and social operators
