The second session of the II Forum Civile
Euromed, dealing with the role of Regions and of Local Communities
in the Mediterranean, is divided into two parts. The first
one is a kind of round table open to the representatives of
the Institutions ; in the second, there is the intervention
of the Press. The themes dealt with range from inter-regionalism
to Euro-Mediterranean cooperation, from Mediterranean towns
to islands, a new and peculiar resource of Our Sea (Mare Nostrum).
